More Media Coverage of Social Networking at the Super Bowl

nSixty’s activation at the 2012 Super Bowl Village in Indianapolis was a resounding success. Nearly 9,000 people recorded videos or created digital postcards. The project received even more media coverage from the likes of Kiosk Marketplace, Social Media Today and Social Network Marketing.

Super Bowl Village Updates

Fans at the Indianapolis Super Bowl Village are having a blast recording videos and sending digital postcards. In the first three days, fans made nearly 2,250 videos & digital postcards. The videos are uploaded to the Super Bowl Village’s YouTube Channel, whereas the digital postcards are posted on the Super Bowl Village’s Flickr page.

Indianapolis Super Bowl Village 2012

We are proud to be a part of the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Village’s social media and branding outreach. In addition to four video recording booths placed around the village, nSixty will host a hospitality suite.

The suite is located at the Crowne Plaza, Grand Central “D” Room, 123 W. Louisiana St, Indianapolis, IN 46225. The hours are as follows:

Holiday Greetings at Redsfest

nSixty is proud to be a partner of the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum. Today and tomorrow, there will be three video recording kiosks stationed at the annual Redsfest at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Downtown Cincinnati. Fans can send holiday greeting to their loved ones from their favorite Reds players.

 

nSixty Android App Now Available

Attention Android Users: we have recently completed our Android video sharing app! Click here to download the app from the Android Market.

nSixty’s video sharing application allows users to record and share videos instantly on the nSixty video sharing network. nSixty users simply record a video using the Android’s built-in camera, enter an email address and addresses of any friends. Push the share button and that video is uploaded to nSixty’s network, and all users receive an email notification that a video is ready for viewing.

nSixty uses video sharing to connect brands and customers on social networks. Just like our core product, the nSixty video sharing kiosk, the nSixty Android app allows users to share videos within a fully controlled, branded environment. User can share their nSixty videos on Facebook, Twitter, via email, anywhere on the Internet. Videos can be directed from the nSixty network to any client web site or to YouTube with your branding attached to the video player, to video pre-rolls and to postings on social networks.

nSixty at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo

This summer, guests at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo had a great time sharing their experience at the new African Elephants exhibit. They can then send their video postcards to friends and family via e-mail, Facebook and Twitter. Check out a sample video here!

Highlights from Mummies of the World

Fans of Mummies of the World, currently at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, are having a great time interacting with the nSixty video recording station. Guests are using the kiosk to share their thoughts on the eye-opening experience of seeing the largest collection of mummies from around the world. For Los Angeles and Milwaukee alone, there were 4,537 videos recorded with 144,158 views! That’s an average of 31 views a video. Plus, 3,701 of those videos were viewed by someone clicking a link posted to Facebook.

Mummies of the World Sets Records in Milwaukee, Heads to Philadelphia

Visitors from every state in the country attended the special exhibition Mummies of the World during its run at the Milwaukee Public Museum. In addition to its impressive nationwide draw, Mummies of the World also played a vital role in helping the Milwaukee Public Museum set its record one-day attendance of more than 10,000 visitors on December 27, 2010.

Mummies of the World also welcomed its 300,000th all-time visitor on March 16, 2011 thanks to great attendance numbers in both Los Angeles and Milwaukee.

Mummies of the World opened in Philadelphia at The Franklin Institute on June 18, 2011.

As part of their Man v Food Nation Casting Call, the Travel Channel has taken nSixty on the road to ten different cities as part of The Bite Tour, to find the next contestant on Man v Food Nation. Look for one of our video recording kiosk in a town near you! Maybe you’ll get a chance to be on Man v Food Nation with Adam Richman (if you’ve got the appetite!).
